To configure your MyAssets account, click your profile icon on the top right corner of the screen and you will see the following:
- Account Settings
- Access Control
- Billing and Subscription
- Address Book
When you click Account Settings, you will see the configuration options for: Profile, Preferences, Email Notifications, and Close Account.
The Profile Tab allows you to edit your personal information. You can change your name, email address, and phone number here.
In the Preferences section, you can see your base currency and base language. You can also configure your account’s time zone, date format, and number format.
The Email Notifications tab provides you options to set on when you receive updates from MyAssets. You can select to receive email updates on your changes, tips on how to use the platform, or whenever your delegates log in to your account.
In the last tab, you can close your account by clicking on the huge red box on the bottom.

When you click Security, you may enable the two-factor authentication wherein you can you'll log in to your MyAssets account using your password and a code that would be sent to your phone.
When you click Access Control, you may add here the name of your delegates and place the roles that they would have on your MyAssets account. With the roles you will set, you would also place the parameters onto what extend would they be able to view, edit or add in your MyAssets account and which portions.
Billing and Subscription
When you click Billing Subscription, you would be able to change and see the current plan that you have with MyAssets account. The details on when your subscription would start and end. You may also check the payment info details and billing email address on where your proof of payment would be sent once subscription has been made/renewed. Lastly, you would also see your billing history.
When you click Address book, you may add here basic information of your contacts and place details such as their name, contact type, contact company, position, email, phone number, address and country.
