How do I change my account password?
To change your password, please follow these steps:
- Click the profile icon at the top right corner of the page and click “Security”. It’s the second option in the drop down menu.
- Under the Change Password tab, you will be asked to enter your old password and your preferred new password. We recommend a strong password for better security. Please confirm.
- You have successfully changed your password.
How do I change the timezone of my account?
To change the timezone, please follow these steps:
- Click the profile icon on the top right corner of the page and click "Account Settings". It’s the first option in the drop down menu.
- In the Preferences section, click the pen icon so you can make changes. After clicking
the icon, you will see this window.
- The third item in this window is for choosing what Time Zone your MyAccounts will have.
Click the drop down menu and choose the time zone you want. - Click “Update” to finalize the change.
How can I update my personal information like my name and contact details?
To update your personal information, please follow these steps:
- Click the profile icon at the top right corner of the page and click “Account Settings”. It’s the first option in the drop down menu.
- Once you’re in the Account Settings section, click the pen icon beside the “Profile” in the first tab and you will see the window shown below.
- After you’ve updated the information (name, email address and phone number), please click "Update".
How do I change email notification settings?
To change your email notification settings, please follow these steps:
- Click the profile icon at the top right corner of the page and click “Account Settings”. It’s the first option in the drop down menu.
- Once you’re in the Account Settings section, go to the Email Notifications tab shown in the image below.
- Click the tickboxes of the email notifications you want to receive.

How do I close my account?
To close your account, please follow these steps:
- Click the profile icon at the top right corner of the page and click “Account Settings”. It’s
the first option in the drop down menu.
- Once you're in the Account Settings tab, look for the “Close Account” section on the
bottom of the page.
Note: Closing your MyAssets account will delete all data from the MyAssets database.
Can I set up multiple accounts?
Yes, you can set up multiple accounts using different email addresses, but they will be independent accounts without reference to each other.
