When do I get charged for my subscription?
Your credit card will be charged the day after your 14-days trial period ends.
What happens after my trial period is over?
When your trial period expires, your account will be inactivated. You will receive a notification email informing you regarding your account inactivation due to expiration of the trial period. When your account is inactivated, you won’t be able to use your account or even view the data you’ve recorded.
If you choose to purchase a subscription plan, you will be able to use your MyAssets account like you used to, and will find all your data just where you left them.
How do I subscribe to MyAssets?
If you already have an account, follow these steps to subscribe to MyAssets.
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen, and it will show a drop down menu. “Billing and Subscriptions” is the fourth option in the menu, as shown in the image below.
- After you’ve clicked on the “Billing and Subscriptions” choice, you will be re-directed to a page with your billing and subscription information. Please see the example below:
- Click “Change subscription plan” and you will be re-directed to a page where you can choose the plan you want to subscribe to.
- Please click the plan you want to subscribe to and then you will be re-directed to the next page, where you need to enter your billing and credit card information.
- Once you’ve made sure of the details you entered, click confirm.
- Congratulations! You’re now subscribed to MyAssets!
Is there a difference between the yearly subscription plan vs the monthly subscription plan?
The plans offer the exact same features and services, but you will get a huge discount if you subscribe annually.
For those who chose the annual subscription, you will get charged just once yearly, while those who chose the monthly subscription plan will get charged once a month.
You can cancel your subscription at any time for both plans.
Note: You can use the services until the end date of the subscription. There will be no refund for any cancellation at any time of the subscription period.
How will you keep my credit card information safe and private
When it comes to credit card safety, MyAssets uses a trusty service from Stripe, a global online payment processor trusted by millions of businesses in over 120 countries, including a number of Fortune 500 companies.
Stripe is rated as a Service Provider Level 1 by a Payment Card Industry-certified auditor. It encrypts and store your credit card details in a state-of-the-art data center, and it protects your online transactions using Secure Socket Layer.
Which currencies and payment types does MyAssets accept?
We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, JCB, American Express, etc.) and major online payment methods (ApplePay, GooglePay, PayPal, etc.). Payments are processed no matter the card’s currency.
Do you offer discounts or promos?

How do I renew my subscription?
At the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual), your subscription will be renewed automatically using the payment method you’ve set in your account.
Should you want to change the subscription plan of your account you may do so by following these steps:

When do payments get processed?
Once you’ve confirmed your subscription plan, the payment will be processed immediately and you will receive a confirmation email with details regarding your payment.
Does the payment include tax?
MyAssets service subscription is exclusive of sales, use, purchase, turnover tax, transfer, value-added or other taxes and duties as may be applicable in any relevant jurisdiction and is to be construed as a reference to that amount plus any Sales Tax in respect of it. If we make an error in the amount of Sales Tax collected, we reserve the right to process an additional charge in the amount of the properly chargeable Sales Tax.
