When I reactivate my account, can I still find all the data I previously stored?
Yes, you can still find all the data you recorded in your MyAssets account if your account was only deactivated, and was not closed.
Closed accounts have all their data deleted in the MyAssets database, so there will be no way for us to recover that for you.
How do I close my MyAssets Account?
To close your account, please follow these steps:
- Click the profile icon at the top right corner of the page and click “Account Settings”. It’s the first option in the drop down menu.
- Once you're in the Account Settings tab, look for the “Close Account” section on the bottom of the page.
Note: Closing your MyAssets account will delete all data from the MyAssets database.
Can you send me a report of all my data before I close my account?
As of now, there is no option to do this.
