Groups - Key Features

Groups Summary

Welcome to MyAssets, the assets management tool designed for you. 

Groups is the places for you to organize your assets item into different groups according to your preference.

To view the group summary, please click the  icon on the left hand side. The Groups homepage will show as below with your created groups (if any).

If you still don't have any group, you can click the red "+" button on the top right corner. In here, you will see all asset items in your MyAssets account.

You can select the asset items which you would like to add into the group by clicking the green "+" in each thumbnail. Once you clicked the green "+", it will turn into yellow check and there will be a counter on the top to show how many asset items you have been selected.

Click "Create" on the top right corner of your screen to create group. It will bring you back to the Groups homepage and you can see the new group that you just created.

Manage/Remove item from Groups

To manage group/remove item from group, go to Groups and click the one you would want to manage. Click the 3 dotted line on the right portion then click "Manage"

Once clicked you would be directed to items inside the group. Click the item that you wish to remove/manage, Once you clicked the yellow check, it will turn into a red "X" and there will be a counter on the top to show how many asset items you have been selected.

Click "Update" on the upper right corner of screen to save changes.

Note: Please take note the the deleted group cannot be recovered, however, the asset items in the group will not be deleted even the group has been removed.
