How to search a file in MyAssets account

Click the "+" sign on the upper right corner of your screen and pop up below would appear:

You may directly search by typing in "Related Asset" portion or you may select category first in asset type then type in Related Asset if item your are searching is under or saved in that category.

How to download my files

You can download your files by clicking the 3 dotted menu on the right hand side and select "Download".

A notification on the left side of your screen would appear once download has been successful.

How to rename an item in your Document Vault

You can rename by clicking the 3 dotted line on the right side of your screen and choose "Rename".

Don't forget to click "Apply" to save changes.

How to mark as Favorite an item in Document Vault

To mark an item as favorite on your document vault, click the 3 dotted line on the right side of your screen and click "Add to Favourite" 

Note: Adding in Favourites would help you find your item easier when you choose this option on your filters

How to sort using filters your Documents Vaults?

Click button as per image below so that filter button would be enabled.

Click "+" to be able to check filters that you may apply

MyAssets support major type of files as below:

Image Files:

1. JPEG (or JPG) - Joint Photographic Experts Group
2. PNG - Portable Network Graphics
3. GIF - Graphics Interchange Format
4. TIFF - Tagged Image File
5. PDF - Portable Document Format

Document Files:

1. DOC (or DOCX) - The Word File
2. XLS (or (XLSX) - The Excel File
3. PPT (or PPTX) - The Powerpoint File
4. PDF - Portable Document Format
5. TXT - The Plain Text File
