How do I add an item in Traditional Investments in MyFinance?
Click the "Traditional Investments" tab in MyFinances Dashboard.
Click the red “+” icon at the top right side of the screen (located in the middle if you’re using the mobile app).
Pop up below would appear, in Primary details you can place your portfolio name and institution/company.
Make sure to be able to name first your portfolio to be able to add holdings/cash.
Click "+" on the left side of holdings/cash then type in Search the holding/cash you would want to place, place the number of units and the current price you bought that investment.
For other details, you may place this in the Additional details tab, for Product details; you may place the account number and investment frequency. *For groups, make sure to be able to create the group before before being able to search it on this portion.
For Ownership, you may indicate here how many percentage is yours and and your beneficiaries.
For documents and images related to this, you may upload it in Attachments.
Click "Create" to save.
How do I edit an item in Traditional Investments in MyFinance?
To edit an item in Traditional Investments, click it among options below:
Scroll down your screen and choose among your list on which you would want to edit. On the right side of your screen, click the 3 dotted line then click "View Portfolio"
Once there, on the right side of your screen, click the 3 dotted line, then "Edit"
Once done, make sure to click "Update" for changes to be saved.
How do I delete an item in Traditional Investments in MyFinance?
To delete an item in Traditional Investments, click it among options below:
Scroll down your screen and choose among your list on which you would want to edit. On the right side of your screen, click the 3 dotted line then click "View Portfolio"
Once clicked, you would be directed to the main page of that traditional investment. To delete, click the 3 dotted lines on the right portion of your screen then click "Delete"
A pop up notification would appear:
Click "Delete" to confirm.
