What items do I add in Other collectables?

Other collectables is a place for you to be able to place your other collections that does not fit Wine and Arts such as jewelries, cars, comic, etch. Name whatever kind of collection you have, you may place it here.

We offer this tool for you to be able to compile and gather all your collections in one place to maintain organization and be able to see if this has grown wealth or value over time.

How do I add a new item in Other Collectables?

To add an in Other Collectables, click it among options below:

To add , click the large “+” button on the upper right corner of the screen. Once you click on the button, a pop-up window similar to the one below will appear. It will have information fields that you can use to create detailed items on your other collectable.

As you can see in the image above, the first tab is about the Primary Details of the other collectable that you want to list down. You may place here your collection type, purchased date, brand/manufacturer/creator, number of items, model/edition/name and other details.

Other information like its acquisition, location, attributes and ownership can be placed in additional details. You may also add documents and pictures on the attachment portion. 

Once done, you may click "Save and Close" to add item on your other collectables.

How do I add a new item in Other Collectables by bulk and how to download its template?

To add in Other Collectables in bulk, go to Other Collectables summary and click icon below:

You may download the template in uploading in bulks and you would also upload it on this portion.

What specs/details can be set per item in Other Collectable?

The Other Collectables tool allows you to be descriptive of your possessions.

You can also click on the Additional Details tab on the left to go to other information fields you can use to describe your item. Under that tab, you will see Acquisition, Location, Attributes and Ownership.

In Acquisition, you would placed details such as acquisition type, number of items, purchase date, item price, seller/retailer, invoice number and other cost.

In Location, you can also include the place where the item is stored in, if it’s in one of  your listed real estate properties. 

The Attributes sub-category is where you can place specific details of your items such as its weight, height, width, depth and other additional notes.

In ownership, you may indicate how many percentage is yours and your beneficiaries.

How do I delete an item in Other Collectable?

If you wish to delete an item in your Other Collectables, click "Search Other Collectables" as per image below then click item that you wish to delete. 

Once clicked, on the upper right hand of your screen click the 3 dotted line as per image below then click "Delete".

A confirmation pop up would appear like image below; click "Delete" to confirm.

or click Search Other Collectables as per image below:

Once there, click the small white box on the left side of the item that you wish to delete. If you have clicked the item, item would turn blue as per image below and above it; there is a note on how many asset you have selected. 

Once clicked, the trash icon would appear as per image below. 

A confirmation pop up would appear like image below; click "Delete" to confirm.

How do I edit an item in Other Collectables?

To edit an item in your Other Collectables, click "Search Other Collectables" as per image below then click item that you wish to edit.

Once item to be edited has been chosen, click the 3 dotted line on the upper right hand corner of your screen as per image below then click "Edit".

Once edit has been done, click "Save and Close" and you would see a pop up notification on the lower left hand of your screen once asset has been updated.

How do I add valuation an item in Other Collectable?

To add valuation in your Other Collectables, click "Search Other Collectables" as per image below then click item that you wish to to add valuation.

Once item has been chosen, click the 3 dotted line on the upper right hand corner of your screen then click "Add Valuation". Pop up below would appear, make sure to click "Create" to save changes.

In Other Collectables How do I Group it by type?

To Group it by type, click "Search Other Collectables" as per image below:

How to view Other Collectables in list view?

To have another view/perspective of your Other Collectables, go to "Search Other Collectables" and click image below for the list view of your collection.

How to view Other Collectables in using filters?

To be able to filter items on your Other Collectables, go to Search Other Collectables and click image on right corner of your screen as per image below:

Once clicked, below are the options that you are able to use to filter your Other Collectables. Click the "+" button for your options.

Just place a check to be able to filter as you wish.

How to export your Other Collectables?

To export/have an excel copy your Other Collectables, go to Search Other Collectables and click image on right corner of your screen as per image below:

Once clicked click "Generate & Download".
