How do I add a new item in MyCollectables > Wine & Spirits?
To add a Wine or Spirits click the red “+” button shown in the top right corner of the page. You can click that button whenever you want to add an item to your portfolio.
After clicking the red “+” button, you will see this pop-up window:
If you choose "Create from global catalogue”, you will need to type the name of wine on magnifying glass below then click enter:
Once you see the wine you wish to add on the selection, on the right side of that, click the “+” button and image below would appear:
The left side of the window will show you your tabs of information fields you will need to fill out to add chosen wine/spirits in your My Assets account. Since you have chosen from global catalogue, you would just need to fill up required fields that are blank to enable the Create button.
When you click on the “Additional Details” tab, you will see four subcategories below - Acquisition, Location, Attributes, and Ownership.
Acquisition is where you will list down information about how you took ownership of the wine/spirits. You can include details like purchase date, seller/retailer, invoice number, pricing method, number of bottles and bottle price. Other costs can also be included for a more accurate description of the money spent to acquire this wine.
In Location, you can specify the information of the address of the wine/spirits and other specific details such as in what room, bin or shelf. Delivery date and notes are also other options in this tab.
Attributes allows you to indicate specific details about the wine/spirits such as its type, rating etch.
Ownership is for information on how much of the wine/spirits is owned by yourself, and if it shared among stakeholders. You can also list down beneficiaries of the wine/spirits in this subcategory.
The last tab in the left side of the window is for Attachments, where you can add digital files like pictures, receipts, and other papers you want to include in this list.
If you choose “Create manually”, same format above goes however, you will need to manually input all details required to be able to create and add this to your Wine & Spirits collectables.

What specifications/details can I set per item in Wine & Spirits?
There are five tabs of information fields that you can use to define or describe your wine. You have the Primary Details and the four Additional Details subcategories - Acquisition, Location, Attributes, and Ownership.
- Primary Details - Basic information. You can input details like Acquisition type, Pricing method and Purchase date.
- Acquisition - How you took ownership of the wine/spirits. You can include details like acquisition type, purchase date, seller/retailer, invoice number, pricing method, number of bottles and bottle price. Other costs can also be included for a more accurate description of the money spent to acquire this wine/spirits.
- Location - You can use this to specify information about the address/location of your wine/spirits.
- Attributes – Define the wine/spirits type, variety, country, region, appellation, sub-region, designation, vineyard, and pro rating of your wine/spirits.
- Ownership - describe the percentage of ownership of the wine/spirits. You can also use this to list down beneficiaries of the wine/spirits.
How do I edit an item in Wine & Spirits?
As of now, there is no way to edit an item on Wine & Spirits. It’s supposed to be “Search” on the Wine & Spirits homepage and click the specific one that you would want to edit. However, for now you may only Add tasting notes or delete.
How do I remove an item from Wine & Spirits?
To remove an item from Wine & Spirits, go to the “Search” then click the wine/spirits that you wish to remove, once chosen beside “Primary details” click “Purchases”, on the right side of your wine/spirits there is a menu button then choose “Remove”.
How do I delete an item in Wine & Spirits?
To delete a Wine & Spirits, go to the “Search” and click the wine/spirits that you wish to delete, once there, you will see a menu button on the top right corner of the page, shown in the red box in the image below and choose “Delete".
How do I add in tasting notes?
To add tasting notes, go to the “Search”, click one you wish to add tasting notes.
Once there, you will see a menu button on the top right corner of the page, shown in the red box in the image below:
Once clicked, image below would appear, click "Create" to save your tasting notes.
How do I relocate an item in Wine & Spirits?
To Relocate an item, go to Wine & Spirits home page click “Search” > click wine that you wish to relocate > click “Purchases” beside Primary details then click “Relocate” per image below:
Pop up below would appear:
Then click "Relocate Assets".
Note: Location of asset must be already on the MyProperties list on your MyAssets account for it to be searchable.
