How can I change my account details?
To update your account details, click your account icon on the upper right corner of your window then click Account Settings. This will bring up your Account Settings page. Just click the pen icon (beside Profile or Preferences) to change your account details, then save.
You may change the following:
- Phone number
- Base currency (cannot be changed at the moment)
- Base language
- Time zone
- Date format
- Number format
- I would like to received email updates every now and then
- I would like to receive tips on how to make the most of MyAssets
- Notify me when delegates log-in
You can also download the account information by clicking "Download personal information" on the top right corner of your screen.
WARNING: Be careful about clicking Close Account. When you close your account, MyAssets will delete all your data from our systems and we will be unable to restore any data. Never close your account unless you are 100% definite that you will never need your data again or you have already saved them elsewhere.
